Another Play Date

Kevin and I both had Friday off, so we decided it would be a good time for Henry to get together with his friends. Unfortunately Mari was sick so she couldn't make it, but Henry, Mason and Jake had a lot of fun together! It was beautiful outside so we decided to turn on the sprinkler, which Henry loved and Mason was a little skeptical of. Overall they had a great time and Henry slept for four hours after they left!

Kevin is a big Bruin's fan and as a result Henry is following in his footsteps. Henry usually only lasts through the first ten minutes or so of the games because they come on at bedtime. He may not be able to cheer them on yet, but he sure does look cute in the gear!!

If you look closely you can see Henry's top teeth, I love it! And yes, the pants on Kevin's head is a regular occurrence at our house.

A Day in the Dirt

Last Friday Kevin was able to spend the day home with Henry after having to travel for work during the week. Kevin thought this would be a great time to start landscaping the yard, after all what little boy doesn't love a trip to get mulch with bobcats and lots of dirt!! Back at home Henry was a great help with unloading the truck, as you can see he probably ate more of the mulch than he unloaded. The rest of the weekend was much the same with mulch making it's way into every opening on Henry's little body, ears, nose, mouth, etc.

(And after some soaking we managed to get all of the clothes clean, only a Dad would dress him in a white shirt to play in dirt!)
